Karobar360 — Digital Khata
Karobar360 ("we," "our," or "us") is a business accounting and bookkeeping application developed by Asaan Digital. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our mobile application.
By using Karobar360, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This means your business data never leaves your phone. If you uninstall the app, all data stored by the app is removed from the device.
Karobar360 uses certain device permissions to provide its features. The following data is accessed and processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

This device token is required for the app to function and cannot be opted out of. It does not contain any personal or business data.
Karobar360 appears in Android's Share sheet for text content. This allows you to share individual bank SMS messages to the app for analysis using the built-in SMS Analyzer. The app only receives the single message you explicitly choose to share — we do not access, read, or request permission to your SMS inbox. No SMS permission is declared or used.
We do not share your personal or business data with any third parties.
Your data is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third-party companies or organizations. Since Karobar360 is an offline-first app, your business data exists only on your device.

Since all data is stored on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:
This permanently and immediately deletes your account, credentials, recovery PIN, biometric login link, and every piece of app data on the device. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
If you uninstalled the app or can no longer log in, email us at asaandigital.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the phone number you registered with. We will respond within 7 days.
Note: Because your data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app also removes all app data from that device.
Karobar360 is designed for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
