How your data is stored

Karobar360 is an offline-first app. Your account and all of your data — transactions, customers, udhaar and qist records, committees (kameti), budgets, and reports — are stored only on your own device. We do not keep a copy of your business or personal records on our servers.

Delete your account inside the app (instant)

  1. Open Karobar360 and log in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete my account
  4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm

This permanently and immediately deletes your account, credentials, recovery PIN, biometric login link, and every piece of app data on the device. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

If you uninstalled the app or can no longer log in, email us at asaandigital.apps@gmail.com from any address, with the subject "Account deletion request" and the phone number you registered with. We will respond within 7 days. Note: because your data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app also removes all app data from that device.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your account, password and recovery PIN, biometric login link, and all business/personal records stored by the app on the device.

Kept: nothing. Karobar360 does not retain account data after deletion.

Tip: if you only want a break, use Log out instead — deletion cannot be undone.
